Foundational Leadership Series

We welcome you to join the Northeastern Illinois Chapter of NECA as we launch our Foundational Leadership Series, led by Alex Willis, Founder and CEO of Leadership Surge. This unique opportunity for frontline leadership training is for Project Managers, Foremen, Estimators, and Office Leadership, of NECA contractors.

The program builds practical leadership capability in the field and office by strengthening communication, accountability, collaboration, trust, and goal alignment, while directly addressing the realities of the construction environment. It also includes supplemental follow-up materials, executive-level reporting, and marketing support to ensure strong participation and measurable value for the chapter and our members.

This will be live, in-person training — offered 4x a year, twice a day with a morning location and an afternoon location per topic.

Some key details about this training series:

• Exclusively for Members of the Northeastern Illinois NECA Chapter
• Standard Education Incentive Program sponsorship applies
• Cost is $125 per person, per session, or $500 per person for all 4 sessions

One class will be held at Kelso-Burnett's training location: KFP, 4210 Grove Avenue in Gurnee. The second class will be held at the Q Center, 1405 N 5th Ave, St Charles, IL 60174 in the western part of St. Charles, central to DuPage/Kane/Kendall/McHenry counties.
