Women in NECA Conference

The Women in NECA (WIN) Conference was held February 2 - 4 , 2026 at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, TX. Maureen Mikulski, McWilliams Electric Company, Inc. and Carrie Liberio, High-Voltage Electric attended from our Northeastern Illinois Chapter, NECA.  They were joined by a number of attendees from the Chicago Chapter, NECA including ECA President, Kendra Dinkins, Taylor Electric Company, as well as Michele Dinkins, Gaby Vazquez of Taylor Electric Company. 

The conference drew record attendance, bringing together women from across the industry. Attendees engaged in impactful education focused on leadership, effective communication, and navigating stress and challenges, while also building meaningful connections with peers nationwide.
