Oct 23, 2026

The 2026 NECA Convention took place October 4-7, 2026, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas! Celebrating 125 years with the theme, “Built on the Past, Charged for the Future”, NECA welcomed a record-breaking 11,000 attendees, making it the largest convention in NECA’s history!

The convention opened on Sunday, October 4th with a cocktail party reception, “The Power of Connection”, at T-Mobile Arena, where there were several Elvis sightings!

Monday, October 5th brought dedicated-track workshops in Business Best Practices, Business Development, Financial Management, Innovation & Technology, Leadership & Communication, Project Management & Productivity, Recruiting & Retaining Talent, Standards, Safety & Regulations, and special Contractor Led and ELECTRI sessions.

The Expo featured over 400 industry-wide exhibitors and floor workshops; it was simply amazing! Featured keynote speakers were Hall of Fame Football Coach, Nick Saban; Former World No. 1 Tennis Player, Andre Agassi; and 2016 Paralympic Bronze Medalist & Veteran Melissa Stockwell. Each shared incredibly personal stories from their careers and life experiences.

In addition to the numerous planned activities of the Convention throughout the week, our chapter members gathered at the stunning Carbone Riveria restaurant overlooking the famous Bellagio Fountains on Tuesday, October 6th. Performances by O.A.R. and LIVE lit up the Mandalay Beach during the October 7th Closing Reception.
